I did the wire restrictor trick and the drilling of the PV ports as suggested by Tuner. But in the mean time discovered that the electric choke was not working properly (Half on all the time). I removed it and locked it wide open and discovered that I could jet up and control the WOT A/F easily. I built a 347 for my 67 coupe a few years ago and wanting to keep it old school installed a Holley 650 4150 VS "Classic". As to be expected it needs to be tuned and tweaked for my engine.
